SWC Flooring is versatile– we are equipped to handle projects of any size and scope. Our team works with some of the largest general contractors in the Southwest on large-scale commercial projects, but is also comfortable working one-on-one with residential customers on custom home floorings projects. Southwest Custom Flooring was birthed from a family legacy. Owner Luis Manzo, as a young man learned his skill set working with his father, former custom flooring owner, during the summers and weekends dated all the way back to 1998. With a detail oriented father he learned how to do flooring with care and efficiency. Throughout the years he found a passion to bring peoples ideas to life with care and quality. After many years of perfecting his craft he became a licensed contractor in 2017. He then took over the family business and continued to focus on building a quality team that held his same values to both provide the best customer service and flooring results for you!
